Agency questions
Do you offer a white-label influencer marketing platform?
Agency is co-branded today: we set up your agency’s name and logo on your client workspaces with you. A custom domain, sending email from your agency’s domain and a rebranded creator portal are not included yet.
How do client stores work?
Each client gets its own store, with its own brand card, creators, forecasts, gifts, agreements and payments. Your team switches between clients without signing out, and one client’s data never appears in another client’s store.
How many people on my team can use it?
Agency 5 includes 5 team seats and Agency 10 includes 10, owner included, shared across your clients. If you need more, ask on the call.
Does my client need a login?
No. You can present the shortlist and plan to your client yourself. Inviting a client into its own workspace is a separate decision, and we can walk you through the options before you invite anyone.
What is in a client creator plan?
Ten creators matched to the client’s brand, two to a page, each with their numbers, latest posts and why they fit, with your agency’s name and logo. Our team prepares it with you; change anything, then send it as your own.
Can you run campaigns for our clients?
Yes. If your team is stretched, ours can find the creators, send the gifts or offers, agree the terms, chase the posts and report back in each client’s store, with you approving the shortlist and every payment. It is scoped on a 15-minute call; product, shipping and creator fees stay with the client.
What happens on the 15-minute call?
We ask how many clients and creators you run, and you can bring one client’s website so we can look at that client’s creator matches together. If Acurrate fits, we set up your client stores and your logo with you.
Is there a free trial for agencies?
