Agreement
The agreement, drafted from the deal
Posts, fee, dates and usage come from what you agreed. The creator signs from a link, with no account, and you both keep the signed copy.
Plan
Every agreed post on the calendar
Posts go on the month they are due. Booked, approved and still-tentative posts look different, with the month’s budget beside them.
Budget
What you spend against what it should earn
Scheduled creator fees against the revenue they should bring in, month by month.
Deliver
Approve the draft, see it go live
Each post moves from agreement signed to draft approved to posted, logged against the creator and the deal.
Report
See what really sold
Each campaign’s report puts the forecast beside what sold, creator by creator. Export it as a PDF.

Plain-English terms

A PDF of every agreement
Download the signed copy whenever you need it.
Nothing signed for you
Agreements are sent and signed by people, never by the assistant.
Holidays on the calendar
The days that matter to your customers, marked before you book a post.
Calendar reminders
Ask Autopilot to set reminders for drafts, go-live days and follow-ups.
Two seats included
You and one teammate, as an editor or a viewer. Extra seats are $29 a month.
Questions
Can I invite my team?
Yes. The plan includes two seats: you and one teammate. Invite people from Settings, under Team Management, as an editor or a viewer. Extra seats are $29 a month each.
Are the forecasts guaranteed?
No. They are estimates built from a creator’s recent results and your store’s numbers, and real campaigns vary. What you get is a forecast whose every input you can see and change, instead of a follower count and a guess.
What can Autopilot do for me?
Autopilot helps find creators, assess a roster and draft outreach. When you ask, it can organise campaign lists, calendar reminders and gifting offers. You send emails yourself and handle agreements, content review and payments in the platform. It does not sign contracts or spend money for you.
