How are affiliate sales credited?
Each Shopify order is credited to one creator: their code first, then their link. One creator per order, so codes and links never double-count.
Can I set different rates for different creators?
Yes. Each agreement carries its own share, anywhere from 1% to 90% of sales.
What counts toward commission?
The order value net of tax and shipping, so commission is on what you actually keep.
How long does a click count?
30 days by default. You can set any window from 1 to 365 days in the agreement.
Do creators need an account?
No. Creators sign from a link. An optional creator portal shows them their links, deals and earnings.
