FAQ

Common questions

How much does Collabstr cost?

Read on collabstr.com/pricing on 19 October 2026: free to join with a 10% fee on each order, Pro at $249/month billed yearly with the same 10%, or Premium at $333/month billed yearly with 5%. Creators pay a separate 15% fee on their payout. Acurrate Pro is $99/month after a 14-day free trial, and we never take a percentage of what you pay a creator.

Can I contact creators who are not on a marketplace?

Yes. Acurrate searches public Instagram and TikTok creators and drafts the first message for you to send from your own inbox.

How do payments compare?

Collabstr holds payment in escrow until you approve the work, and its fee applies to every paid order. In Acurrate, flat fees are paid to creators once the post is live; nothing is paid without your approval, and there is no fee on the payment.

Is there an agency plan?

Yes. Acurrate Agency is $399/month for 5 client brands ($299/month billed yearly), or $599/month for 10 ($499 billed yearly). Agency has no free trial.

Can I use both?

Yes. Some brands hire quick one-off posts on a marketplace and use Acurrate to find and forecast the creators worth a longer partnership.

In short

Collabstr is a marketplace: creators list packages, you pay through escrow, and Collabstr charges a 10% fee on each order on its Free and Pro plans (5% on Premium), while creators pay a separate 15% of their payout. Acurrate starts from your brand instead, ranking creators across Instagram and TikTok and forecasting what each should earn your store before you agree a fee. Pro is $99/month after a 14-day free trial, and we never take a percentage of what you pay a creator.

What Collabstr is genuinely good at

Collabstr is free to browse and simple to use: creators list their own packages and prices, you hire in a few clicks, and payment is held in escrow until the work is done. For a one-off post from a creator who already lists a price, it is quick.

Paid plans add campaigns and post analytics for brands that hire often.

Where Collabstr stops for a store

You choose from the creators who list themselves on the marketplace, at the price on their package. Collabstr then charges 10% on each order on Free and Pro and 5% on Premium, and creators pay a separate 15% fee on their payout (collabstr.com/pricing, read 19 October 2026). On the Collabstr pages we read (its help centre, 18 October 2026, and pricing, 19 October) we found no forecast of what a creator should earn your store.

Acurrate searches creators who have never listed anywhere, ranks them for your brand and shows the most you can safely pay, so the fee is your offer, not their package.

Collabstr pricing

Collabstr is free to join with a 10% fee on each order. Pro is $249/month and Premium $333/month, both billed annually; Pro keeps the 10% fee and Premium lowers it to 5%, and creators pay a separate 15% fee on their payout (collabstr.com/pricing, read 19 October 2026). So $5,000 of creator orders in a month costs $500 on Free (the fee alone), $749 on Pro ($249 plus $500) or $583 on Premium ($333 plus $250). Check the current figures on Collabstr’s pricing page before you decide.

Acurrate Pro is $99/month after a 14-day free trial (no card), or $999 a year, for one brand and two seats with no research credits. We never take a percentage of what you pay a creator, and there is no fee on the payment.
