Measured
Fitness creators, measured
How many people a fitness creator's post actually reaches, compared with their follower count: first by creator size, then by market.

| Fitness · United States | 5,703 | 4.1% |
| Fitness · United Kingdom | 6,010 | 5.6% |
From Acurrate's creator catalogue: individual creator accounts on Instagram and TikTok with at least 1,000 followers, as of 2026-10-21, refreshed monthly. A size band with fewer than 20 creators is left out. “Typical post reaches” is the median, across creators, of the views their recent posts get; the share reached divides that by the median follower count. Each market links to its full breakdown.
What works
What works for fitness brands
Match the training style
Runners, lifters, yoga teachers and home-workout creators have different audiences. Pick creators whose training uses your product.
Show the product during the workout
A shoe in a run, a bar after a session, a mat in a flow: the product in use is what persuades.
Mind the claims
Fitness and nutrition products carry rules about health and body claims. Agree the wording before the post and check it before it goes live.
Judge the views, not the followers
Price and choose on the views recent posts get. The table above shows the typical reach of fitness creators by size.
Time it to the calendar
January and early summer are when people start training. Agree deals a month ahead so posts land when buyers are ready.
Agree the usage up front
Workout clips make strong ads. If you may want to use them that way, put it in the contract before the post goes up.

Frequently asked questions
How do I find fitness influencers for my brand?
Start from your customer: how they train, where they live and what they can afford. Then look for creators in those countries whose training uses your product, and check the views their recent posts get. Acurrate does the search and forecasts each creator on your store’s numbers.
How much do fitness influencers charge?
It varies widely. On TikTok, where creators publish their rates, the median ask we measured was $100 a post for 10,000 to 50,000 followers and $250 for 100,000 to 500,000, across all niches. Pay no more than what the post is likely to earn you after product, shipping and the discount code.
Are micro-influencers better for fitness brands?
Often, per dollar. Across our 516,717 Instagram and TikTok accounts (18 October 2026), micro creators (10,000 to 100,000 followers) reach a larger share of their followers than the biggest accounts on every platform.
Can an agency run this for several clients?
Yes. Agency is $399 a month for 5 client brands or $599 for 10, each with its own creators, forecasts and payments, and your agency’s logo on the workspace, set up with our team. Agency has no free trial; you can try Pro free on one brand first.
Does Acurrate work with Shopify?
Yes. Install it from the Shopify App Store and it reads your conversion rate, order value, shipping cost and where your customers are. It works without Shopify too: type the numbers in. There is a 14-day free trial, then $99 a month.
